采用免疫组化染色及银染技术,对55例喉部病变中PCNA表达及AgNORs计数进行了检测。结果显示:慢性喉炎、喉乳头状瘤及喉癌的PCNA指数分别为1501%、2638%和4806%,组间两两比较有显著差异(P<0001)。AgNORs计数分别为262,334和488,组间两两比较有明显差异(P<001)。高、中、低分化鳞癌的PCNA指数组间两两比较有显著差异(P<0001);PCNA指数与AgNORs计数间未见相关性。结果提示:PCNA表达与AgNORs计数在喉不同病变间存在明显差异,对此两项指标的检测有助于了解喉良、恶性肿瘤的细胞增殖状态,在喉良、恶性肿瘤鉴别及恶性分级上有一定价值
The expressions of PCNA and AgNORs in 55 cases of laryngeal lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry and silver staining. The results showed that the PCNA index of chronic laryngitis, laryngeal papilloma and laryngeal carcinoma were 1501%, 2638% and 4806%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0001). The AgNORs counts were 262, 334 and 488, respectively, with significant differences between groups (P <001). The PCNA index of high, moderate and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was significantly different (P <0001). There was no correlation between PCNA index and AgNORs count. The results suggest that there is a significant difference between PCNA expression and AgNORs count in the different pathological changes of the larynx. The detection of these two indexes will help to understand the cell proliferation status of the laryngeal and malignant tumors. On the differential and malignant grades of laryngeal and malignant tumors, A certain value
