当前快速城市化进程中不合理的土地利用方式已经对雨水环境产生重大影响,导致水质恶化,地面沉降,洪涝灾害频发等系列严重后果。在剖析雨水环境问题及其成因机制的基础上,以城市社区为研究对象,按土地利用方式可将社区分为建设区域、交通区域、绿地区域和水域四大部分,并从社区雨水利用规划基本思路与步骤、控制策略及政策配套三方面提出雨水环境优化的方案。
