《共产党人》杂志一直是我手头不离不弃的一本书。我是一名基层公务员,经常要起草一些文件和讲话,办公室人员少,事务多,每天忙得不可开交,根本没有时间学习充电,也没有更多可以学习参考的东西,一份固原日报和《共产党人》杂志,其他的报刊杂志基本没有。那时,教育局设总支部,下辖县直学校和局机关13个支部,县委组织部用党费给各支部征订了《共产党人》。当时,这份刊物没有通过邮局发行,我每月要定期到组织部领取杂志,给各支部分发,自然每次就先睹为快,翻开杂志看看里面的彩页、看看喜欢的一些文章、了解一些政策走向和舆情动态,在上面找寻政策性的东西为我所用。要说,这本杂志帮了我不少忙。
