八方风雨,出于唐代刘禹锡《郡内书情献裴度侍中留守》诗:“万乘旌旗分一半,八方风雨会中央。”本意是用四面八方风雨聚会的景象,比喻同时有多种冲突的力量不断袭来,形势动荡不安,从而突出中唐名相裴度平定乱局的雄才大略。后人使用这一成语,除沿袭原意外,又有各种不同的引申与变化。——出题者语
The winds and rains in all directions are due to the Tang Dynasty’s Liu Yuxi’s “The County Book Enthusiasm and the Paternity of the Waiting to Serve.” The poem: “The Wan Wan Qi banner is divided in half, the wind and rain will be in the center.” The intention is to use the wind and rain gathering in all directions. There are many conflicts at the same time. The forces of the armed forces continued to escalate and the situation was turbulent, thus highlighting the lofty aspirations of the Mid-Tang dynasty.
