本文首先对惠丰源粮食加工企业进行SWOT分析,分析当前中国零售企业的整体状况,然后针对惠丰源粮食加工企业在渠道建设方面进行分析,寻找粮食加工行业在渠道和管理方面存在的问题,最后运用理论与实际知识结合,提出改进的具体方案。本文的意义在于对于惠丰源粮食加工企业零售营销的实际情况进行研究分析,规范完善促进粮食加工行业的销售与发展,对更多不成熟的粮食加工企业起到借鉴的作用,加速中国传统企业的发展。
