自1989年以来对S901等19份热带、亚热带玉米材料,先后进行温带(河南安阳)、热带(海南岛)种植鉴定,结果表明:(1)供试的19份材料中仅筛选出S901、S902、S903、S905等材料,其主要农艺性状均表现相对稳定、一致,生理生化代谢,对光周期反应不敏感。并表现出较强的抗逆性和适应性。能够在温带地区种植利用,并可以直接应用于玉米遗传育种研究。(2)S904、S906、S908、S909、S910等材料在主要农艺性状上均表现出较大的差异。生理生化代谢失调,多数植物学、生物学性状发生改变,稳定性、一致性差,对光周期反应十分敏感。抗病性、适应性差。不适应在温带地区种植,更不能直接用作育种材料。只可以间接利用其个别优良性状。
Since 1989, 19 tropical and subtropical maize materials such as S901 have been identified in temperate (Anyang, Henan) and tropical (Hainan) provinces. The results showed that: (1) only S901 and S902 , S903, S905 and other materials, the main agronomic traits showed relatively stable, consistent, physiological and biochemical metabolism, insensitive to the photoperiodic response. And showed strong resistance and adaptability. It can be planted and utilized in temperate regions and can be directly applied to maize genetic breeding research. (2) S904, S906, S908, S909, S910 and other materials showed significant differences in the main agronomic traits. Physiological and biochemical metabolic disorders, most of the botany, biological traits change, stability, consistency is poor, very sensitive to the photoperiodic response. Disease resistance, poor adaptability. Not suitable for planting in temperate regions, but can not be used directly as breeding material. Only indirect use of some of their fine traits.
