长期接触高浓度石棉尘的工人,其肺癌死亡率高于未从事石棉工业的居民。本文目的在于研究苏联巴仁诺夫矿产的温石棉,在吸入染尘条件下,对实验动物的致癌作用。实验用天然温石棉尘,分散度在1微米以下占54%,1~5微米占42%,6~40微米占4%。染尘浓度为200毫克/米~3。每周自然吸入染尘5天,每天5小时半,共染尘18个月。染尘动物为非纯种大白鼠,共26只,分别在9~11 1/2月(5只)、12~13 1/2月(9只)、15~23月(10只)、26~27月(2只)自然死亡。对照组25只。均取肺脏做组织学检查。
