“双基论”是在我国课程编制实践中形成的一种具有中国特色的课程理论,主张把基础知识和基本技能作为普通中小学教学内容的核心,它是依据我国社会主义的教育目的、任务、教学规律和教学实践经验而形成的。随着现代科技的发展和社会的进步,数学教学领域的各个范畴也都有了深入的探究与广泛的开拓,甚至产生了不少深刻的变化。对加强双基的观点应该予以肯定,但对于这一观点的内涵与外延,以及它在数学教学理论中的地位等诸多问题都值得探究与重新认识。
“Double Basis ” is a kind of curriculum theory with Chinese characteristics formed in our country’s curriculum compilation practice. It advocates basing knowledge and basic skills as the core of ordinary primary and secondary teaching content. It is based on the educational goal of socialism in our country , Tasks, teaching rules and teaching practice experience formed. With the development of modern science and technology and social progress, all fields of mathematics teaching have also been explored in depth and extensively opened up. Many profound changes have even taken place. The viewpoint of strengthening the double base should be affirmed, but many problems such as the connotation and denotation of this view and its position in mathematics teaching theory are all worth exploring and re-understanding.
