我国的劳动争议法定仲裁前置程序大大阻碍了案件的快速高效解决,给有争议的劳动者造成许多不便,也不利于和谐社会的建设。本文对“一裁加二审”仍未彻底解决劳动争议案件的合理性进行反思。
The pre-procedural legal arbitration of labor disputes in our country has greatly hindered the rapid and efficient resolution of cases and has caused many inconveniences to the disputed workers and not conducive to the building of a harmonious society. This article examines the rationality of “one award plus second instance” still not completely solve the labor dispute cases.
