生物模块沙障是一种新型沙袋沙障,同时具备防风固沙、局部土壤改良和植被建植功能。区别于其他沙袋沙障,生物模块沙障外包装为黄麻纤维,内部除填充风沙土外,还添加了玉米芯和羊粪。为了解生物模块沙障的局部土壤改良功能,从土壤微生物角度出发,测定和研究了生物模块沙障内部及周围土壤空间内细菌、真菌、放线菌数量分布情况。结果表明:生物模块沙障内部土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量及三者总数量分别达到了2.41×107 cfu·g-1、4.51×107 cfu·g-1、1.19×107 cfu·g-1及8.11×107 cfu·g-1,而对照仅分别为1.56×106 cfu·g-1、3.01×106 cfu·g-1、1.26×106 cfu·g-1及5.83×106 cfu·g-1;生物模块沙障内部3种微生物及三者总数量均高于其覆盖的下方土层,下方各土层3种微生物数量均显著高于未设置沙障区;在生物模块沙障迎风侧50cm至背风侧50cm区域,3种微生物总数量大小顺序为沙障放置处>沙障背风侧20cm处>沙障迎风侧20cm处>沙障背风侧50cm处>沙障迎风侧50cm处,在此防护区内土壤细菌、真菌及放线菌数量平均值分别是流动沙丘的19.56、24.47、8.39倍。生物模块沙障设置5年后,其内部3种微生物数量显著高于周围土壤,说明生物模块沙障对周围土壤微生物的影响依然存在潜力。
Biological module sand barrier is a new sandbag sand barrier, at the same time with wind and sand, local soil improvement and vegetation planting function. Different from other sandbags sand barrier, biological module sand barrier packaging jute fiber, in addition to filling wind sand, the addition of corn cob and sheep manure. In order to understand the local soil improvement function of biological module sand barrier, the distribution of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the soil space inside and around the biological module sand barrier was measured and studied from the perspective of soil microorganism. The results showed that the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the soil barrier of biological module reached 2.41 × 107 cfu · g-1, 4.51 × 107 cfu · g-1 and 1.19 × 107 cfu · g- 1 and 8.11 × 10 7 cfu · g -1, respectively, while the controls were only 1.56 × 10 6 cfu · g -1, 1.31 × 10 6 cfu · g -1, 1.26 × 10 6 cfu · g -1, and 5.83 × 10 6 cfu · g- 1; the total number of the three microorganisms in the sand barrier of the biological module and the total amount of the three are higher than the soil layer under the cover, and the number of the three microorganisms in each of the soil layers below the sand barrier is significantly higher than that in the sand barrier without the sand barrier; 50cm to the leeward side of the 50cm area, the total amount of the three kinds of microorganisms in the order of sand barrier placement> sand barrier leeward 20cm> sand barrier windward 20cm> sand barrier leeward 50cm> sand barrier windward 50cm, The average numbers of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the protected area were 19.56, 24.47 and 8.39 times that of the mobile sand dunes respectively. After 5 years of setting up the barrier of biological module, the number of the three kinds of microorganisms in the interior of the biological module was significantly higher than that of the surrounding soil, indicating that the potential impact of the biological module sand barrier on the surrounding soil microorganisms still exists.
