At present, the phenomenon of corruption in our country is in a period of multiple occurrences and high incidences. Its main features are a wide range, high levels, huge amounts of money, gangs committing the crime and “advanced” means. The concrete manifestation is as follows: (1) From the perspective of the range and the field of corruption, it shows a broad and deep development trend.
