近年来,各地区间发展不平衡是我国社会发展面临的突出问题,而就业状况的不均衡从某种程度上也反映了这个问题。本文采用人口就业比率、胡佛指数和分散化指数对中部地区人口与就业的关系进行分析,结果表明:近年来,中部地区的人口就业比率呈现下滑趋势,而各省份之间的人口就业比率差距却没有减小。从地理的角度来说,近年来中部地区的人口分布趋于稳定,而就业分布不平衡状况却未有改善,并且就业人口相对于总人口的分散化程度增加了,这意味着在未来一段时期内中部地区或将继续面临就业不平衡的问题。

The imbalance in the employment situation also reflects this issue to some extent. This paper analyzes the relationship between population and employment in the central region by using the population employment rate, the Hoover Index and the diversification index.
