中国赴黎巴嫩维和二级医院驻地马家永市位于黎巴嫩南部丘陵地带,其保障对象为来自30多个国家的联合国驻黎巴嫩12 000余名维和部队人员、民事人员和当地雇员以及当地居民中的重症转诊患者,维和任务8个月轮换。笔者在门诊遇到眼科误诊1例,分析如下。1病历摘要男,31岁,西班牙籍。?
