当你问某一个企业负责人他企业有多少员工,可能他只能告诉你一个大概数。如果你进一步问他企业的人工成本、培训经费,也许他只能请你去问问人力资源经理了。令你更吃惊的是人力资源经理也不能准确的回答你的问题,只能敷衍地说去找具体负责这一工作的人。结果负责招聘、培训、薪酬的人哆哆嗦嗦,半天也说不出一个具体的数字,只能说一些大概、估计、也许之类的数据。质问他们为什么?答案大体是人员变动太快,统计口径不一致,没有人力资源信息系统,统计量太大等等。
