据资料显示,未来的中国—东盟自由贸易区将是拥有17亿的消费者、近2万亿美元国内生产总值、1.2万亿美元贸易总额的经济区,所孕育的机会难以估量。在亚洲的经济地理版图上,大湄公河次区域被视为“未开发的处女地”、“东亚地区的最后一块大市场”。在大湄公河次区域经济合作(GMS)中,位于江之头的云南凭借得天独厚的区位优势,已成为中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的重要载体。
According to statistics, the future China-ASEAN Free Trade Area will be an economic zone with 1.7 billion consumers, nearly 2 trillion U.S. dollars of gross domestic product and 1.2 trillion U.S. dollars of trade. The chances of giving birth will be immeasurable. In the economic geography of Asia, the Greater Mekong Sub-region is considered as an “undeveloped virgin land” and “the last big market in East Asia.” In the Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation (GMS), Yunnan, located at the head of the river, has become an important carrier of the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area because of its unique geographical advantages.
