无偿献血是指为了拯救他人生命,志愿将自己的血液无私奉献给社会公益事业,而献血者不向采血单位和献血者单位领取任何报酬的行为。自从1998年10月1日《献血法》实施以来,从过去的有偿献血过渡到现在的100%来自无偿献血,但从全国各地来看,或多或少都出现过以前所没有的季节性的血荒,血液供需矛盾日渐显出。为了解无偿献血者的献血目的,便于采取改进策略来提高无偿献血的队伍,对我市1575例献全血的无偿献血者进行了问卷调查,现报告如下。
