研究了不同固溶处理温度和时间对A357合金组织及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,在同样时效条件下,随固溶时间的延长,合金的δ均增加,δb先增加,后又有所下降。经545℃固溶的合金,其δb和δ均比535℃时稍有增加。随固溶温度的提高或时间的延长。Si相变得更加圆整和粗大;Fe相形态明显改善;Mg2Si的固溶量提高,对于含铁量较高的合金,采用高温固溶处理工艺,可以明显改善合金的强塑性。
The effects of different solution treatment temperature and time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A357 alloy were studied. The results show that under the same aging condition, the δ of the alloy increases with the increase of solution time, and δb increases first and then decreases. After 545 ℃ solid solution alloy, its δb and δ slightly increased than 535 ℃. With the solution temperature increase or prolongation of time. Si phase becomes more round and coarse; Fe phase morphology improved significantly; Mg2Si solid solution increased, for high iron content alloy, high temperature solution treatment process, can significantly improve the alloy’s ductility.
