炭素厂生阳极产品制造过程中,磨粉工序生产的粉末原料纯度/Blaine值对生阳极的质量影响较大。本文在磨粉工序引入粉子在线检测系统,监控粉末原料的制备。粉子在线检测系统的工作方式是利用气力连续取样,样品在样品室内被激光照射后返回工艺管路;根据光的波粒二象性和惠更斯-菲涅尔原理对被测样品进行检测,并转换成电信号;粉子在线系统组成包括工作端、控制系统、辅助系统。与以往的工艺设计中多采用离线间断的检测方式相比,检测的准确性、时效性和连续性大大提高。
