This translation introduces the Belgian Road Research Center to determine the law of deformation by experimenting with the permanent deformation of five asphalt road mixtures to develop a structural design method that directly limits rutting. The test was carried out by an electro-hydraulic testing machine. Cylindrical samples of five asphalt mixtures underwent three-axis dynamic triaxial tests under different temperature, frequency and stress conditions. The vertical stress in these tests is the sine of time and the lateral stress is a static force. In the experiment, some important results have been obtained through the analysis and sorting of two important mechanical properties - dynamic stiffness modulus and creep curve.
