全面建设小康社会的的历史新时期,对体育工作也提出了一些要求,只有做好体育工作才能实现社会的全面发展,落实好以人为本的发展理念。现代政府的基本职能是为社会发展提供优质的公共服务。体育行政管理部门应该承担起这项责任,以满足人民群众日益增长的公共体育需求。本文阐述了体育行政管理部门怎样做好本地体育工作,介绍了目前地方体育工作的现状和面临的问题,具体阐释了一些基本措施和理念。
In the new historical period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, some requirements have also been put forward on sports work. Only by doing a good job in sports can we realize the all-round social development and implement the people-oriented development concept. The basic function of modern government is to provide quality public services for social development. Sports administrative departments should assume this responsibility to meet the growing public demand for sports. This article elaborates how the sports administrative department can do a good job in local sports, introduces the present situation of the local sports work and the problems it faces, and concretely explains some basic measures and concepts.
