文献采访是个过程,建设完善的政策和规章制度、充分激活馆员的优秀素质并创造业绩,是文献采访评价的中心内容。文献采访是集思想、知识、体力、智力付出于一体的工作。人们思想、知识、体力、智力劳动付出潜藏于人脑意识内部,呈现出无形和隐藏的特点。对采访评价应做到采访前评价,包括规章制度完善评价、文献信息收藏、分析、甄别和防范评价;采中评价,包括不断调整、补充和修正的过程;采访结果评价等。评价的最终目的是弄清楚我们该在哪个方面努力,也是我们对文献采访评价科学化的期待。
Literature interview is a process, building a sound policy and rules and regulations, and fully activate the excellent quality of librarians and create performance, is the core content of the literature interview evaluation. Literature interview is a set of thinking, knowledge, physical strength, mental work in one. People’s thoughts, knowledge, physical strength, mental labor pay to hide in the human brain, showing invisible and hidden features. Evaluation of the interview should be made before the interview evaluation, including the rules and regulations to improve the evaluation, collection of literature and information, analysis, screening and prevention evaluation; mining evaluation, including the process of continuous adjustment, supplement and amendment; interview results evaluation. The ultimate goal of the evaluation is to figure out where we should work and what we expect of a scientific evaluation of the interview.
