文章拟就创建和构架我国情报经济政策学的问题作了几点思考。作者认为,建立一门独立的情报经济政策学,不仅有客观的必然性,而且有现实的可能性。提出了情报经济政策学的理论框架,框架由三大部分组成:①情报经济政策概论;②情报经济政策系统;③情报经济政策实践。现代情报经济理论与情报经济政策的一体化趋势,愈来愈要求人们把情报经济科学研究的侧重点推向情报经济政策问题的研究上来。本文拟就创建和构架我国情报经济政策学的问题作以下几点思考.
The article intends to create and frame the issue of China’s information economy policy. The author believes that the establishment of an independent intelligence and economic policy, not only has the objective necessity, but also has the realistic possibility. Proposed a theoretical framework for the study of intelligence economy policy. The framework consists of three parts: (1) Introduction to intelligence economy policy; (2) Intelligence economy policy system; (3) Intelligence economy policy practice. The trend of integration of modern intelligence economic theory and intelligence economic policy increasingly demands that people focus the research of intelligence and economic science on the research of intelligence economic policy. This article intends to create and structure the issue of China’s information economy policy for the following considerations.
