苏州信托大厦与天翔国际大厦两紧邻基坑,最小净距约0.38 m,周边环境复杂,开挖深度深,存在工况差异。依据地质条件与工程工期安排,采用统一协调变形的钻孔灌注桩结合内支撑体系,通过理正软件对不同剖面、启明星对支撑体系不同工况下进行了理论计算分析。分析结果表明,基坑安全可靠。整个施工过程和监测结果表明,两紧邻基坑工程围护方案是可行的。
Suzhou Trust Building and Tianxiang International Building, two adjacent pit, the minimum clearance of about 0.38 m, the surrounding environment is complex, deep excavation depth, there are working conditions. According to geological conditions and construction schedule, the bored piles with integrated coordination and deformation were combined with the inner support system, and the theoretical calculation and analysis were carried out under different working conditions of different sections and Venus through the Lizheng software. The analysis results show that the foundation pit is safe and reliable. The whole construction process and monitoring results show that two adjacent foundation pit project envelope program is feasible.
