介绍了一种新型共轨蓄压式喷油规律可控的柴油机电控单体喷油器——PAIRCUI。这种喷油器基于蓄压式喷油器的工作原理,喷射过程受电控单元控制,喷油速率受喷油器内部结构参数的控制。其结构简单,喷油定时灵活可调,对油泵及管路的要求简单。PAIRCUI还具备实现高效率低排放燃烧过程的特性:高的平均有效喷射压力、预喷射及快速断油功能。喷油压力与发动机转速无关,但与发动机负荷有关。这些特性对改善发动机排放和燃油消耗是十分有益的。由于PAIRCUI采用标准的P或S系列喷油嘴并且其外形尺寸也按照P或S系列喷油器设计,因此在发动机上安装PAIRCUI燃油喷射系统十分方便。
A new type of common rail pressure accumulator fuel injection law controllable diesel engine electric single fuel injector - PAIRCUI is introduced. The injector is based on the working principle of the accumulator injector and the injection process is controlled by the electronic control unit. The injection rate is controlled by the injector internal structural parameters. Its structure is simple, flexible and adjustable injection timing, the pump and piping requirements are simple. PAIRCUI also has the features to achieve high efficiency and low emission combustion process: high average effective injection pressure, pre-injection and fast oil-cutting function. Injection pressure and the engine speed has nothing to do, but with the engine load. These features are good for improving engine emissions and fuel consumption. Because PAIRCUI uses standard P or S series injectors and their dimensions are also designed for P or S series injectors, it is convenient to install a PAIRCUI fuel injection system on the engine.
