本文观察了病程５年以上的２１例糖尿病患者２５例和正常人的血、尿β２微球蛋白的含量。结果显示：糖尿病患者血β２微球蛋白含量明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）；尿β２微球蛋白含量略高于正常人（Ｐ＞０．０５）。经活血方治疗１个月后，血β２微球蛋白明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示了病程５年以上的糖尿病患者肾小球功能已经损害，活血方对其具有防治作用。
This article observed the duration of more than 5 years in 21 cases of diabetic patients and 25 cases of normal blood and urine β2 microglobulin content. The results showed that the content of blood β2 microglobulin in diabetic patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.01); the content of urinary β2 microglobulin was slightly higher than that in normal controls (P> 0.05). Blood 1 2 months after treatment, blood β2 microglobulin decreased significantly (P <0.05).
