目的介绍从颊舌侧同步加力的三维控制性整体远移磨牙方法的临床应用。方法 31例牙性安氏Ⅱ类错患者,其中男8例,女23例,平均(11.25±2.5)岁。用Pendulum矫治器与口外弓行推磨牙不拔牙矫治,比较治疗前后的模型及X线头影测量变化。结果上颌第一磨牙平均远移距离(5.26±1.31)nmm(P<0.01),平均远移时间(5.8±1.2)个月,远移速度(1.25±0.38)mm/月,治疗前后磨牙伸长与倾斜扭转及切牙倾斜角度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于年龄较小的配合患者,颊舌侧同步加力法可有效整体远移上磨牙并获得良好的三维控制。
Objective To introduce the clinical application of the three-dimensional controlled total distal molars method from buccal and lingual synchronously applying force. Methods 31 patients with dental Class Ⅱ malocclusion were enrolled, including 8 males and 23 females, with an average of (11.25 ± 2.5) years. Pendulum appliance and extraoral bow were used to push the molar without tooth extraction. The changes of the model and X-cephalometry before and after treatment were compared. Results The maxillary first molar distance was (5.26 ± 1.31) nmm (P <0.01), the mean migration time was (5.8 ± 1.2) months and the distal migration speed was (1.25 ± 0.38) mm / There was no significant difference between tilt angle and incisors angle (P> 0.05). Conclusions For younger patients, the buccal-buccal synchrotron force method can effectively move the upper molars far and obtain good three-dimensional control.
