在教育领域,特别是在我们教育一线,领导经常要求我们要“爱生如子”。是啊,只有把学生当成自己的孩子看待,我们才会用一种平常的心态去从方方面面教育好学生,而不会仅仅因为每年的统考而只抓教学,从而忽视了学生其他方面的教育。如何让学生更有礼貌、更讲道理、更为他人着想呢?以下是我的几点拙见:一、老师要为学生做个好榜样当我从班干部口中听到训斥不交作业的同学“大懒虫”后(我曾在生气时这样训过学生),我就对自己的言行举止特别注意了。小学低年级的孩子,基本上还分不清什么话当讲,什么话不当讲,无意间,会把老师的一言一行、一举一动都作为效仿的对象。所以老师一定要在学生心目中树立良好的形象。
