小学一年级是学生从学前儿童时期进入学生时期的身份转换阶段,在一年级新生中,大部分新生在进入学校时大多都还保留学前时的特点,且思维方式多以形象化为主,这使得许多一年级新生在学习期间难以快速适应学校教学的抽象化思维模式,学习过程较为被动,对知识的学习方式也十分笼统。这表明小学一年级新生的教育方式需进行改革,并抓住小学生从学前转换至小学一年级之间的心理特征,根据常见心理问题合理规划教育方式,使其更符合当前小学一年级新生的教学需求。对此,本文针对小学一年级新生适应教育存在的问题展开分析,并针对问题提出有效解决策略。
The first grade of primary school is the stage of students’ identity transition from the pre-school children’s age. During the first grade, most freshmen still retain the characteristics of preschool when entering the school, and the way of thinking is mostly visualized. Making many freshmen difficult to quickly adapt to the abstract thinking mode of school teaching during their study, the learning process is more passive and the way of learning knowledge is also very general. This shows that the first-grade freshmen’s education needs to be reform, and seize the psychological characteristics of pupils from pre-school to first-grade primary school, according to common psychological problems reasonable planning of education, making it more in line with the current freshman teaching demand. In this regard, this paper analyzes the problems of first-year freshmen in adapting to education in primary schools and puts forward effective strategies to solve the problems.
