海上顶推是一种新型的运输方式,由于它具有造价低、机动性强、效率高和船员少等特点,所以它以独特的面貌出现于海上。海上最大的特点就是风浪较大,故海上顶推技术关键就是推轮和驳船之间的联接装置。插销式液压自动联接装置是一种优越的联接型式。它具有优良的耐波性及适航性,在恶劣的海况下,可以经得起海浪的袭击,保证对船队安全操址。通过特殊的液压系统和电气控制,保证船队在一定的风浪中,能够迅速实现自动的联接和解脱,而且可以保持两船的相对位置。本文用投影图解法,简单准确地解决了联接装置的结构参数及应力问题。通过船模试验,进行了“静载强度”及联接动作性能试验证明,本联接装置耐波高度可达4~6米,联接波高1~1.5米,联接时间30秒左右。
Offshore thrusting is a new type of mode of transport that appears uniquely on the sea due to its low cost, high maneuverability, high efficiency and low crew. The biggest feature of the sea is that the storm is larger, so the key to pushing technology offshore is the coupling device between the push wheel and the barge. Plug-type hydraulic automatic coupling device is a superior connection type. It has excellent weather resistance and seaworthiness, in the harsh sea conditions, can withstand the waves of attacks, to ensure safe handling of the fleet. Through special hydraulic system and electrical control, the fleet can ensure automatic connection and release quickly in a certain storm and the relative positions of the two vessels can be maintained. In this paper, projection diagram method, simply and accurately solve the structural parameters of the coupling device and stress problems. Through the ship model test, carried out the “static load strength” and the joint action performance test shows that the connection device wave height up to 4 to 6 meters, the connection wave height of 1 to 1.5 meters, the connection time of 30 seconds.
