目的:分析在治疗后循环缺血中应用半夏白术天麻汤加减的临床效果.方法:对80例后循环缺血患者进行研究,按照患者入院先后顺序分组,每组患者均40例.其中对比组患者行西医治疗,研究组在西医治疗基础上应用半夏白术天麻汤加减,对比两组患者最终治疗效果以及患者服药前后血脂指标变化.结果:研究组患者服药后血脂指标均好于对比组,P<0.05有统计学意义.结论:在治疗后循环缺血中应用半夏白术天麻汤加减的临床效果显著,患者服药后血脂情况较好,值得临床借鉴.
