汽轮发电机组需要低速盘车,为避免滑动轴承在低速下转入液体摩擦与固体摩擦同时存在的混合摩擦,而损坏滑动轴承的工作面,所以国内外制造厂普遍在汽轮发电机组的滑动轴承内加工出油腔(称为静压油腔)。盘车时,向轴承内油腔供入高压油,使轴承低速时,轴与轴承衬工作面不发生接触,形成液体摩擦。本文拟就所了解的国内汽轮发电机组用高压油顶轴的轴承及供油系统存在的一些问题,谈谈我们的意见,供参考。请有关制造厂同志共同讨论。
