多年来对企业开展科学技术工作,一直未能引起足够的重视.究其原因,有思想认识上的问题,有组织领导上的问题,也有某些实际问题.但主要还是思想认识上的问题,只要认识提高了,思想通了,其它问题也就容易得到解决.在思想认识方面,目前主要是先解决对企业开展科学技术工作重要性的认识问题,特别是领导干部中的思想认识问题,这是企业开展科学技术工作的关键.
