现有矿用升降机存在工作状态升降杆受力不均衡的缺点。为了弥补这一缺陷,对现有结构重新进行了改装设计,使其能够在实现同等的功效下,具有结构对称性的特点,有效地改善了升降机构的受力特点,增大了剪叉机构的工作行程。并采用多种方法对剪叉机构进行了力学分析,得出通用计算方法,且通过Adams仿真软件建立虚拟样机,验证计算结果的正确性。
