随着煤层气井排采时间的增加,日产水量降低,抽油泵经常发生气锁、干磨,使得检泵周期缩短,设备运行效率不断降低,运行成本持续增加。为了解决该问题,提出了煤层气井间抽的思想,详细阐述了间抽的机理,建立了间抽参数的确定方法,并结合现场应用状况评价了已经实施间抽的煤层气井的开发效果。实践表明,间抽技术能够达到节能降耗、延长检泵周期、提高设备运行效率的目的,能够满足煤层气井排采中后期低水量、低液柱时的排采要求,是实现煤层气生产降本增效的有效举措。
With the increase of drainage time of coalbed methane wells, the daily output of water is reduced and the pump often air-lock and dry-grind. As a result, the inspection pump cycle is shortened, the operating efficiency of the equipment is continuously reduced, and the operating cost continues to increase. In order to solve this problem, the idea of inter-well pumping of CBM is put forward, the mechanism of pumping is elaborated, the method of determining pumping parameters is established, and the development effect of CBM wells with pumping is evaluated based on the field application. Practice shows that the pumping technology can achieve the purpose of saving energy, prolonging the inspection pump cycle and improving the operation efficiency of the equipment, and can meet the requirement of low-volume and low-liquid column drainage in the middle and later stages of coalbed methane well production, The effective measures to increase efficiency.
