各位代表、各位同志:我受第一届常务理事会的委托,向第二次全国会员代表大会报告第一届理事会的工作。第一届理事会是一九八○年六月在新安江水电站所在地——浙江建德召开的中国水力发电工程学会成立大会上选举产生的。由理事八十人和名誉理事二人组成。在第一届理事会第一次会议上,选举了常务理事二十三人。后因工作开展需要,经常务理事会通过增补了理事三十四人。在第一届理事会任期中,谷德振副理事长、奚景岳、樊耀二位理事不幸病故,现在实有理事一百十一人,其中常务理事二十四人。
Dear Delegates, Dear Comrades: As entrusted by the first Standing Council, I report the work of the first council to the Second National Assembly of Representatives. The first council was elected in June 1980 at the inaugural meeting of China Society of Hydroelectric Engineering held in Jiande, Zhejiang, where the Xin’anjiang Hydropower Station is located. It is composed of 80 directors and 2 honorary directors. At the first meeting of the first council, 23 permanent directors were elected. After the work needs to be carried out, the Standing Council approved the addition of 34 directors. During the term of the first council, Gu De-Chen, Vice Chairman Xi Jingyue and Fan Yi were both deceased and deceased. There are now 111 governing councils, of which 24 are executive directors.
