随着经济改革的不断深入发展,我们在加强药剂科目标管理的同时,认真落实《医院药剂管理办法》,不断强化药剂科的科学管理手段,并结合《药品管理法》的具体要求和科内存在的实际问题,有针对性的采取措施,狠抓基本建设,强化科技兴科的观念,变经验管理为科学管理,健全各项规章制度,定向培养人才,使药剂质量不断提高。 总结几年来的科学管理,认真落实《医院药剂管理办法》的几点做法及体会是:
