简要地介绍金刚石工具在切割过程中的磨损状况以及影响金刚石工具寿命的几个主要的因素。详细地介绍金刚石颗粒经过表面金属包渗处理后各种性能变化及检测结果,并对未经包渗处理的金刚石颗粒及包裹金属W、Ti的金刚石颗粒作TG-DTA热分析,试验结果说明了金刚石颗粒经过金属表面包裹处理后,不仅极大地提高了胎体对金刚石的润滑性,而且提高胎体对金刚石的粘结强度,还提高金刚石的抗氧化能力,达到改善金刚石工具使用性能的目的。
