最近,陕西省府谷县人武部制定了加强部党委建设的措施,要求全体成员以廉为本,秉公办事,尽职尽责,带头发挥先锋模范作用,自觉做到“十不”、“三带头”。即:不贪沾、不收礼、不行贿、不徇私枉法、不以权谋私、不违反群众纪律、不搬弄是非、不辅张浪费、不赌博、不参加营业性舞会。“三带头”一是带头学习和思想改造,二是带头完成工作任务,三是带头开展批评与自我批评。党委的模范带头作用,促进了机关的全面建设。
