本文认为,乡镇外贸公司的诞生,为乡镇发展外贸提供了有利条件:一是有了一个外贸经营管理机构,一反以前大家都管,最终无人管理的现象;二是多了一条销售渠道,使外贸产品能通过进出口公司打入国际市场;三是多了一批合作伙伴,可借关系搞工贸联营;四是多了一个贷款条件,可利用中国银行解决部分资金。文章阐述了乡镇外贸公司的职能,对乡镇外贸公司的现状以及如何充分发挥其职能提出了自己的见解。 This article believes that the birth of a township and foreign trade company provides favorable conditions for the development of foreign trade in towns and villages: First, there is a foreign trade operation and management institution, which is contrary to the fact that everyone used to manage and eventually no one manages; second, there is an additional sales channel. The foreign trade products can be imported into the international market through import and export companies. Thirdly, there is a group of partners who can engage in trade and industry joint ventures by means of relations. Fourth, there is one more loan condition that can use Bank of China to solve some of the funds. The article expounds the functions of the township and foreign trade companies, and puts forward their own opinions on the status quo of the township and foreign trade companies and how to fully realize their functions.
