作为山西省吕梁市委、市政府所在地,离石区社会治安秩序的好坏直接关系到全区乃至全市的稳定大局。从2007年4月以来,在市、区党委、政府及上级公安机关的高度重视和大力支持下,离石区公安局立足“大防控、大平安”思路,不断改进警务运行模式,全面整合内部警务资源和社会防范力量,有效增强动态条件下对犯罪的控制和快速反应能力,克服了一个又一个困难,有力地维护了全区社会治安的稳定大局,在离石公安工作史上书写了重彩浓墨的一笔。
