从2008年成立至今,吉林省图书馆联盟已经走过了3年的历程,在此期间,联盟各成员馆在文献资源共享、人才培训、带动基层公共图书馆共同发展等方面取得了一些成绩。但在新的历史时期,如何突破资金瓶颈、运用新技术实现由传统服务向数字服务的转型与过渡,成为摆在各成员馆面前一个迫切需要解决的问题。文章作者就此问题进行了分析和探讨,提出了吉林省图书馆联盟未来发展的新思路以及切实可行的建议和措施。
Since its establishment in 2008, the Jilin Provincial Library Federation has gone through 3 years of history. During this period, all member libraries of the Union made some achievements in terms of document resource sharing, personnel training, and common development of grassroots public libraries. However, in the new historical period, how to break through the financial bottleneck and apply new technologies to transform and transition from traditional services to digital services has become an urgent issue that needs to be resolved in front of the member libraries. The author of this article has carried on the analysis and the discussion to this question, proposed the Jilin Province library union future development new mentality as well as the feasible suggestion and the measure.
