目的探讨CK19和Galectin-3在鉴别甲状腺良恶性肿瘤中的应用价值。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测CK19和Galectin-3蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌、甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿和桥本甲状腺炎中的表达。结果CK19和Galectin-3蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌、甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿和桥本甲状腺炎中的阳性表达率分别为97.9%、6.7%、5.6%、46.7%和100.0%、26.7%、16.7%和93.3%。结论CK19和Galectin-3蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌与甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿鉴别诊断中具有较高的应用价值,而对甲状腺乳头状癌与桥本甲状腺炎的鉴别诊断受到限制。
Objective To investigate the value of CK19 and Galectin-3 in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid tumors. Methods The expression of CK19 and Galectin-3 protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid adenoma, nodular goiter and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were detected by EnVision immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of CK19 and Galectin-3 protein in thyroid papillary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid adenoma, nodular goiter and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were 97.9%, 6.7%, 5.6%, 46.7% and 100.0%, respectively. %, 16.7% and 93.3%. Conclusion CK19 and Galectin-3 proteins have high value in the differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter. However, the differential diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is limited.
