我矿用于副井提升的KJ2×3×1.5提升机,是仿苏产品,1960年出厂,1974年安装使用,现用的最大静张力差为25970N。多年来,该机的筒壳经常出现裂纹。开始用打截止孔并对裂纹进行施焊的办法,但仍不能阻止裂纹的产生。后又改用在裂纹处加一块200×200×16的钢板铆接,这样裂纹的出现及发展稍有下降,由原来的两个月左右停产一次处理裂纹延长到三个月。到1984年,提升机的固定筒壳裂纹沿轴向及圆周方向达10处之多,最长裂纹长达800mm,直接影响了机器的安全运行。
