目前，带黑社会性质犯罪的发展趋势逐渐明显。这种有组织的犯罪往往以暴力威胁为手段，以经济实力为基础，以江湖义气为内部约束力，并具有社会关系广泛、活动范围比较固定等特点，对社会公共安全造成极大威胁。表现为：管理机构的权威性受到侵害，群众和投资者的心理蒙上阴影。当务之急是建立健全打击机制，尤其应考虑针对带黑社会性质犯罪的社会治安整体危害性制定相应的法律法规，以此为基础提高打击力度。 At present, the development trend of criminals with a criminal underworld gradually becomes clear.
