课堂教学的有效性研究是教师最为关注的话题,也是时代教育的发展需要。本文结合笔者的教学实际和教学经验,简单阐述了教师在组织和实施小学数学课堂的教学过程中,要在课前做好充分准备,要使学生在轻松愉快的环境中学习,要做学生的“大朋友”等几个不能忽视的细节,意在通过和各位专家、同仁的交流探讨,不断提升教师的专业水平,实现课堂教学的高效率。
The effectiveness of classroom teaching is the most concerned topic of teachers, but also the development of education in the times. In this paper, the author’s teaching practice and teaching experience, a simple exposition of the teacher in the organization and implementation of the primary school mathematics classroom teaching process, to be fully prepared before the class, to enable students to learn in a relaxed and happy environment, to be students “Big friend ” and several other details that can not be ignored, intended to communicate with you experts and colleagues to continuously improve the professional level of teachers to achieve the high efficiency of classroom teaching.
