目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗骨折内固定术后骨感染的疗效。方法:自2004年1月至2008年12月,对97侧骨折内固定术后骨感染患者采用中西医结合治疗。结果:随访2年以上,最长达6年,治愈89例,占91.8%;好转8例,占8.2%。结论:运用中西医结合方法治疗骨折内固定术后骨感染,预后良好,住院时间少,费用节省,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on bone infection after internal fixation of fracture. Methods: From January 2004 to December 2008, 97 patients with bone infection after internal fixation were treated with integrated traditional and western medicine. Results: Follow-up more than 2 years, up to 6 years, 89 cases were cured, accounting for 91.8%; improved in 8 cases, accounting for 8.2%. Conclusion: The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of bone fracture internal fixation postoperative, good prognosis, less hospital stay, cost savings, is worthy of clinical promotion.
