目的 总结食管、贲门癌切除预防吻合口瘘的临床经验。方法 回顾性地分析了 45 0例食管、贲门癌手术治疗结果。结果 术后并发肺感染 11例、乳糜胸 4例、出血二次开胸止血 2例、吻合口狭窄 40例 ,无吻合口瘘发生及近期死亡。结论 食管、贲门癌切除 ,食管胃吻合重建消化道安全可靠 ,术后早期肠内营养治疗为促进吻合口愈合及病人的顺利康复提供了保障。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of esophageal and gastric cardia resection in preventing anastomotic fistula. Methods A retrospective analysis of 45 0 cases of esophageal and cardiac surgery results. Results There were 11 cases of pulmonary infection, 4 cases of chylothorax, 2 cases of hemorrhage secondary thoracotomy, 40 cases of anastomotic stenosis, and no anastomotic fistula and recent death. Conclusion Esophageal and gastric cardia resection, esophageal and gastric anastomosis reconstruction of the digestive tract safe and reliable early postoperative enteral nutrition treatment for the promotion of anastomotic healing and the smooth recovery of patients provided a guarantee.
