在现有的技术水准和条件下,要在隧道开挖前获得高精度的地质信息较难,在隧道施工过程中应通过地质观察、预报和监控量测等手段对地质状况做出判断,对支护结构设计的合理性进行评判,即体现动态设计与信息化施工的思想。以保山~腾冲高速公路大尖坡隧道为背景,对全隧施工过程中21个段落支护及方案调整进行叙述、分析,各段均根据实际地质情况调整选用了适宜的支护参数及开挖方案。通过调整,使支护结构适应于围岩的实际状态,最终隧道顺利贯通,且避免了在不良地质条件下发生大变形、坍方等病害。该隧道信息化施工技术的应用可为今后类似隧道建设、管理提供借鉴。
Under the current technical level and conditions, it is more difficult to obtain high-precision geologic information before tunnel excavation. Geological conditions should be judged by means of geological observation, forecasting and monitoring and measurement in the process of tunnel construction. Support structure design of the rationality of judgments, that reflects the dynamic design and construction of information technology. Based on the background of the Dapingpo tunnel from Baoshan to Tengchong Expressway, the support and program adjustment of 21 sections in the whole tunnel construction process are narrated and analyzed. All the sections are adjusted and selected appropriate supporting parameters and excavation according to the actual geological conditions Program. Through the adjustment, the supporting structure can be adapted to the actual state of the surrounding rock, the tunnel finally runs smoothly, and great deformation and collapse in the adverse geological conditions are avoided. The application of the tunnel information construction technology can provide reference for similar tunnel construction and management in the future.
