抓好农村基层组织建设,对全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化具有决定性意义。党的十七大对基层党建工作提出了新任务、新要求,农村基层党组织建设要进一步强化措施,注重实效,充分发挥推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用。
To do a good job in building grassroots organizations in rural areas is decisive for building a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerating the socialist modernization. The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward new tasks and new requirements for the party building at the grass-roots level. The construction of rural grass-roots party organizations needs to further strengthen measures and lay stress on actual results, giving full play to the role of promoting development, serving the masses, building the public and promoting harmony.
