我公司生产的某锻件内部出现贯穿性缺陷。通过电镜扫描、金相检测等手段进行分析研究,结果表明缺陷为氧化铝夹渣。进一步研究发现缺陷产生的原因为:进入钢锭的耐火材料或保护渣在锻造拔长过程中形成了贯穿锻件T、B端的缺陷。
I produced a forgone internal penetration defect. Through electron microscopy scanning, metallographic examination and other means of analysis and research, the results show that the defect is alumina slag. Further study found that the reasons for the defects are as follows: the refractory materials or mold flux entering the ingot formed defects T and B at the end of the forging process.
